Recommended intake:

Measure and consume 5 ml daily using the included measuring cup; pregnant and breastfeeding women should consume only 2.5 ml. Store the opened bottle in the refrigerator and use within 30 days. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
