Pour the contents of one sachet into 150 ml of hot, not boiling water (approx. 65 °C) and drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before breakfast. Add milk as desired. Water that is too hot can cause flakes to form (without affecting product quality). The valuable natural ingredients can settle at the bottom - so stir the drink every now and then.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (56 mg caffeine per recommended daily intake). Store the sachets closed and at room temperature (max. 25 °C) away from direct sunlight and protected from moisture.

For the 4-week treatment, stir 1 measuring spoon per product (approx. 3 g) into a glass of water (250 ml) every day and consume immediately. Consume Reset 1 in the morning on an empty stomach, Reset 2 in the evening at least 5 minutes before a meal. The stated daily consumption amount must not be exceeded. No substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume without liquid.

Open the sachet at the perforation and enjoy hajoona Vitality diluted or undiluted, preferably 30 minutes after a meal.
