The three medicinal mushrooms Ling Zhi, Maitake and Hericium have been an important part of traditional Chinese medicine for centuries and - especially when they work together - modulate the body so that it is in perfect balance. The tryptophan in the maitake mushroom regulates mood and appetite as a precursor to serotonin. The active ingredients of Hericium have a regenerating effect on the nervous system and ensure mental focus and clarity. Ling Zhi, the “mushroom of immortality” in TCM, strengthens the immune system.

Another unique ingredient from hajoona Balance is green, unroasted and dried coffee beans. These contain significantly more chlorogenic acid than conventional coffee, supporting fat metabolism in the liver and are particularly helpful in effectively controlling body weight.

Ingredients: Soluble coffee extract, coconut milk powder, green coffee extract (12%), acai extract (8%), cocoa, rice protein, acidulant: calcium carbonate, L-choline hydrogen tartrate, maitake extract (Grifola frondosa, 2.5%), Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum, 2.5%), Hericium extract (Hericium erinaceus, 2.5%), kidney bean extract

Recommended intake:

Pour three teaspoons of hajoona Balance into 150 ml of hot, not boiling water (approx. 65 °C) and drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before breakfast. Add milk as desired. Water that is too hot can cause flaking (without affecting product quality). The valuable natural ingredients can settle at the bottom - so stir the drink every now and then.


A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (58.5 mg caffeine per recommended daily intake). Store the bag closed and at room temperature (max. 25 °C) away from direct sunlight and moisture.
